Sean: The Watts 604 sets us apart from our competitors and it brings more value to our customers.
Sean: So what we do is we’ll take a drawing from the customer, they give us the size, from four inch up to 60 inches in diameter and lengths all the way up to 50ft long.
Sean: We program it at the machine through a computer, and then that machine actually clamps on to the end of the pipe and turns it, and it’ll cut based on where the dimensions need
to be on the pipe.
Sean: Not only does it cut straight up and down cuts it will also do bevels.
Walt: Bevels, straight cuts, I mean it’ll place everything on 45s, any angle you want, fish mouths and all that.
Sean: We’re giving customers a finished product where they don’t have to do any in-prep to it, they can weld directly to the piece of pipe saving them time and money installing their product for their customers.
